IQOS ILUMA PRIME devices are available in four stylish colours: Golden Khaki, Obsidian Black, Jade Green and Bronze Taupe.
IQOS ILUMA and IQOS ILUMA ONE devices are available in five stylish colours: Pebble Beige, Pebble Grey, Azure Blue, Moss Green and Sunset Red.
Press the power button on your IQOS ILUMA Pocket Charger for 4 seconds. This will turn on your device. Then insert your Holder into the Pocket Charger, close the door and charge fully with the IQOS AC Power Adaptor and cable.
1. First, insert the product into your IQOS ILUMA Holder. Gently push it up to the filter line until your Holder vibrates twice and its lights flash. Heating will start automatically.
2. Your IQOS ILUMA device is ready to use when your Holder vibrates and both lights are solid white.
3. When there’s 30 seconds and 2 uses left, your IQOS ILUMA Holder will vibrate once and a white light will flash.
4. Remove the used product. When it’s fully cooled, dispose of it in a bin.
5. If you have IQOS ILUMA PRIME or IQOS ILUMA device, place your Holder in the Pocket Charger to charge it.
IQOS ILUMA devices are designed to be used with specific product only. Do not use IQOS ILUMA with product made for previous IQOS generation devices. Store your device in a clean, dry and cool place.
Keep your device away from water, direct sunlight and heat.
Don’t leave your device in a hot place, such as inside a car, because the lithium-ion battery and electric circuit board could be damaged.
Don’t expose your device to low temperatures for a long period of time. Avoid high humidity and direct sunlight.
Additional information – in cold outdoor conditions, the device may start if it’s kept warm (for example, in a coat pocket). However, while using your Holder, cold outdoor temperatures may lead to lower performance of the aerosol and not enough energy for a full experience (up to 6 minutes or 14 draws, whichever comes first).
