- Place the heating unit up to the line on the filter until the holder vibrates and lights flash on it. Heating starts automatically or by pressing a button for 1 second.
- You can start using the device when the holder vibrates and the lights are on smoothly.
- To signal the last 30 seconds of use or that the last 2 inhalations are left, the holder will vibrate and the lights will flash white.
- The heating unit shall be disposed of immediately after use, removing the heating unit from the holder and disposing of it in accordance with local waste disposal regulations.
IQOS ILUMA is intended for use with TEREA, DELIA and LEVIA heating units. HEETS with IQOS ILUMA will not work.Do not use TEREA, DELIA and LEVIA heating unit on previous generations of IQOS devices - this may damage the device. The TEREA, DELIA and LEVIA heating unit contain a metal part. Do not swallow or disassemble the TEREA, DELIA and LEVIA heating unit – they contain a sharp metal part that can cause serious injury if swallowed. Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
To make the experience smoother, IQOS ILUMA has new smart features.
- Automatic power on. When the heating unit is correctly inserted, the holder will vibrate, notifying you that the Smartcore Induction System™ has started to heat automatically. You can also start heating manually by pressing the side button.
- Inspection of the holder. This smart operation allows you to check how full the holder's battery is. Simply open the holder towards you when not in use, and the indicators of the holder will show the battery level.
- Checking the remaining times of use. Press the holder twice and the vibrations will show how many times of use there are left. For example:
- 3 vibrations = 75-50%
- 2 = 50-25%
- 1 = <25%.
There are several ways to check this. Either on the holder itself, or by checking the portable charger with the holder inside it. Here's how to do it:
Checking the holder: will open the holder towards yourself or short press the button. The lights will come on and show the battery level. If 2 lights come on, it means that the holder is ready for 2 uses. 1 burning light means that only 1 use remains.
Portable charger check: Short press the side button of the portable charger if the holder is inside the charger. The portable charger indicator will light up. 2 lights means the holder is ready for 2 uses, 1 light on means it is ready for 1 use. You can start your heating cycle.
