30 day money back guarantee terms


  • The IQOS ILUMA and IQOS ILUMA i series devices are subject to a 30-day money-back guarantee effective from the date of purchase of the device.
  • The device can be returned at IQOS stores or by ordering a courier service by calling our Customer Service Center on +370 800 200 90.
  • The amount paid at the time of purchase will be immediately returned in cash at IQOS strores or transferred to a bank account within 14 working days. If a payment card was used when purchasing the device in the IQOS store, the money can be returned to the same account within 5 working days.
  • IQOS device being returned must be functioning and free of any physical damage.
  • All IQOS components must be returned with the device (charging cable, AC adapter, original packaging). We reserve the right to refuse a refund if all components are not returned.
  • The money-back guarantee is valid if the device being returned has not been replaced due to accidental damage coverage or other replacement reasons.
  • The money-back guarantee is valid if the device was purchased and registered on your IQOS profile in Lithuania.
  • The money-back guarantee can be used only once (if you return the device and buy another one, it will no longer be covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee).
  • If you use the money-back guarantee for the device purchased under the Exchange Program the old device that was exchanged (returned) under the Exchange program will not be returned, but the amount paid with the Exchange Program will be refunded.
  • 30-day money back guarantee is applicable only to the heating device. If other products were purchased at the same time as the device (or as part of the combined product, e.g. heating set), only the amount paid for the device will be returned.
