Important! Familiarize yourself with the Exchange program
- In order to purchase IQOS ILUMA i PRIME, IQOS ILUMA i or IQOS ILUMA i ONE with the Exchange program you need return the old device (out of below listed devices) and transfer of ownership rights of the current IQOS device to Philip Morris Baltic.
- You can use this program if: (i) you are an adult IQOS user; (ii) you have an account on iqos.com and your device is registered there; (iii) you have both parts of your device – a Pocket charger and a Holder (IQOS 2.4, IQOS 2.4 Plus, IQOS 3, IQOS 3 DUO) or the whole all-in-one device, such as IQOS 3 MULTI, lil SOLID 2.0 or lil SOLID Ez. You will have to return both parts of the same IQOS model or the whole IQOS 3 MULTI, lil SOLID 2.0 or lil SOLID Ez device when a new one is delivered to you or when you collect it in the IQOS store or Circle K petrol station.
- The Exchange program may be used when returning the following devices only: IQOS 2.4, IQOS 2.4 Plus, IQOS 3, IQOS 3 DUO, IQOS 3 MULTI, lil SOLID 2.0 or lil SOLID Ez.
- IQOS ILUMA PRIME, IQOS ILUMA or IQOS ILUMA ONE cannot be returned to use the Exchange program.
- If you have only one part of a two-part IQOS device (a Pocket charger or a Holder), unfortunately, you are not eligible to use the Exchange program.
- To use the Exchange program, you can return either a functioning or a broken device.
- You don’t have to return charging accessories or the original IQOS box. We recommend removing all additionally purchased IQOS accessories (caps, doors, sleeves, etc.).
- When you return your previous registered device, you can choose only one of the program options - either exchange it to (purchase) IQOS ILUMA i series device or return it for a small surprise for your sustainable action.
- When ordering IQOS ILUMA i PRIME, IQOS ILUMA i or IQOS ILUMA i ONE device with the Exchange program, you will get a completely new device – with a box and USB-C cable).
- One Exchange program offer is valid for one device – IQOS ILUMA i PRIME, IQOS ILUMA i or IQOS ILUMA i ONE – registered on a personal IQOS account.
- IQOS Club points and other vouchers are not valid in the Exchange program.
- You can use the Exchange program 2 times per year.
- You can choose any color of the new IQOS ILUMA i PRIME, IQOS ILUMA i or IQOS ILUMA i ONE, including all available devices of a limited edition.
- Important! Please note that the returned old device will become the property of the company organizing the exchange and will be handed over for refurbishing, recycling or disposal. If you decide to return the new device in accordance with the law, you will get back the price you actually paid, but it will not be possible to retrieve the old device.
- The possibility to enter the Exchange program depends on the stock of IQOS ILUMA i PRIME, IQOS ILUMA i or IQOS ILUMA i ONE.
- If you participate in the Exchange program via digital channels, for example, iqos.com, and choose your IQOS ILUMA i PRIME, IQOS ILUMA i or IQOS ILUMA i ONE delivered via courier, you must return the old device to the company Philip Morris Baltic via courier at the moment of receiving the new IQOS ILUMA i PRIME, IQOS ILUMA i or IQOS ILUMA i ONE device.
- If you participate in the Exchange program in IQOS stores, you must return the old device to IQOS staff after receiving the new IQOS ILUMA i PRIME, IQOS ILUMA i or IQOS ILUMA i ONE device. If you participate in the Exchange program in any Circle K petrol station, you must return the old device to Circle K personnel.
- The organizer of the Exchange program reserves the right to stop the Exchange program or change its terms and conditions at any moment without prior notice.
