. The money-back guarantee is valid if the device was registered on your IQOS profile during the purchase. This guarantee is also valid for users who already have a registered device (i.e. buying a second or third device), but only once.You can choose any model from IQOS ILUMA line and any colour you like. This guarantee also applies to IQOS ILUMA devices that were purchased together with First heating sets, but does not apply to heated tobacco products purchased together.
The money-back guarantee can be used only once. If you return the device and buy another one, the second one will no longer be covered by the 30 day money-back guarantee.
The device must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to get a full refund.
The device can be returned:
- at IQOS stores
- via courier service or parcel box which can be ordered by calling our Customer Service Center on 800 20090
The amount paid at the time of purchase will be immediately returned in cash at IQOS stores or transferred to a bank account within 14 working days from the date when returned device was received. If a payment card was used when purchasing the device in the IQOS store, the money can be returned to the same account within 5 working days.
To get a full refund IQOS device must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. The device being returned must be functioning and free of clearly visible physical damage. All IQOS components must be returned with the device (charging cable, AC adapter, original packaging). The money-back guarantee is valid if the device was purchased and registered on your IQOS profile in Lithuania.

If you use the money-back guarantee with the Exchange Program and exchange your existing device for a new one, the old device will not be returned, but the amount paid with the Exchange Program will be refunded. Our IQOS consultants will be able to help you choose the alternative that’s right for you.
