How does the exchange program work?

Select the device you will return
You need to return any bladed IQOS or lil SOLID device linked to your profile on iqos.com.

Choose the IQOS ILUMA device
You can pick from IQOS ILUMA, IQOS ILUMA Neon Purple and IQOS ILUMA STARDRIFT series devices.

Exchange in IQOS store, via courier or in Circle K petrol station
You will be asked to return your old device when you are picking-up the new IQOS ILUMA device.

Yes, you can choose any model and color you like.
No, box and charging cable are not necessary. All you need to return are the old Pocket Charger and Holder.
You can use Exchange program up to 2 times a year.
Currently, you can use it on iqos.com, at all IQOS stores or Circle K petrol stations across Lithuania.
You can get it delivered for free via courier or pick-up the device at any IQOS store in Lithuania or Circle K petrol station.
You need to have the old IQOS device registered under your account in iqos.com
If you are exchanging a device that originally consists of 2 pieces, you need to return both of them to take advantage of the Exchange program. In case you want to exchange lil SOLID 2.0, lil SOLID Ez or IQOS 3 MULTI – just the one piece device is enough.
You can take advantage of the Exchange program even if your Holder and Pocket Charger are from different devices. They however need to be of the same model, i.e. IQOS 2.4 Plus Holder and IQOS 2.4 Plus Charger, and both pieces need to be registered in your account on iqos.com.
Yes, as any other new IQOS device, it will be eligible for accidental damage coverage for 1 year (if device is linked to your profile) and warranty for 2 years.
