Encouraging to dispose your previous bladed IQOS or lil SOLID devices responsibly, we have designed two options – you can either bring your old device to us for recycling or refurbishing or exchange it to IQOS ILUMA i series.

Return information
If you do not intend to continue using your registered IQOS or lil SOLID device, you can return it to the closest IQOS store, in exchange for a small surprise for your sustainable action. Returned device will be refurbished or recycled.

Returned device has to be registered in your iqos.com account.
Both fully working and malfunctioning devices are eligible for the exchange.
Yes, you can choose any model and color you like.
No, box and charging cable are not necessary. All you need to return are the old Pocket Charger and Holder.
You can use Exchange program up to 2 times a year.
Currently, you can use it on iqos.com or at all IQOS stores.
You can get it delivered for free via courier or pick-up the device at any IQOS store.
You need to have the old IQOS device registered under your account on iqos.com
If you are exchanging a device that originally consists of 2 pieces, you need to return both of them to take advantage of the Exchange program. In case you want to exchange lil SOLID 2.0, lil SOLID Ez or IQOS 3 MULTI – just the one piece device is enough.
You can take advantage of the Exchange program even if your Holder and Pocket Charger are from different devices. They however need to be of the same model, i.e. IQOS 2.4 Plus Holder and IQOS 2.4 Plus Charger, and both pieces need to be registered in your account on iqos.com.
Yes, as any other new IQOS device, it will be eligible for accidental damage coverage for 1 year (if device is registered to your profile within the first 30 days from purchasing) and warranty for 2 years.
