IQOS Warranty or Accidental Damage Coverage

With IQOS you can feel safe.
Every newly bought device has a 2-year IQOS Warranty. Additionally, by registering your device within the first 30 days after the purchase, you activate Accidental Damage Coverage service.

Accidental Damage Coverage
Accidental Damage Coverage will save you in case the device is broken by accident, and the breakage is not covered by IQOS Warranty.
It provides an exceptional opportunity to replace one part of the broken device once within a 1-year period after purchase.
To be able to use this service, your device must register your device at the time of purchase or within the first 30 days after the purchase.

IQOS Warranty
The 2-year warranty is valid from the date of purchase of the device, covers device failures that occur due to a manufacturing defect. Device registration gives you an opportunity to use warranty without receipt or any proof of purchase. You can check the validity of IQOS Warranty for your device in your profile.

FAQs about Warranty
The duration of IQOS commercial warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase of IQOS ILUMA i device (Pocket Charger and Holder) in your country.
IQOS commercial warranty covers replacement of IQOS ILUMA i Holder and/or Pocket Charger if they show defect in material or workmanship, and when they are used to the User Guide. We’ll provide a replacement product or component with equivalent functionality, matching colour and model (based on availability).
If you register your IQOS ILUMA i device to your profile within the first 30 days from purchase, you will get Accidental Damage protection for 1 year from the purchase of your IQOS ILUMA i device.
IQOS warranty is in addition and without prejudice to all rights and remedies you have under the consumer protection law in the country of purchase, however, the term of the IQOS commercial warranty is not cumulative with the term of the applicable statutory warranty. Terms and Conditions apply.

Products with expired warranty are excluded from the warranty service.
Unfortunately, not. If your device needs to be replaced, it will be replaced by the same model (i.e., IQOS ILUMA device will be replaced with IQOS ILUMA device).
