  • You can take advantage of this program if: (i) you are an adult IQOS user; (ii) you have an account on iqos.com and your device is registered there; (iii) you have the whole ILUMA ONE all-in-one device.
  • When purchasing IQOS ILUMA with the Upgrade program, you will get an Upgrade program’s price for the device in exchange for the return of the old device and transfer of ownership rights of the current IQOS ILUMA ONE system to its producer Philip Morris Baltic.
  • The offer of the Upgrade program is valid when returning IQOS ILUMA ONE device when you collect a new IQOS ILUMA in the IQOS store.
  • To take advantage of the Upgrade program, you can return either a functioning or a broken device.
  • You don’t have to return charging accessories or the original IQOS box. We recommend removing all additionally purchased IQOS accessories (caps, doors, sleeves, etc.).
  • When buying IQOS ILUMA device with the Upgrade program, you will get a completely new device – with a box and all accessories necessary to use the system (AC adapter and USB-C cable).
  • When buying IQOS ILUMA device with the Upgrade program, you will get a completely new device – with a box and all accessories necessary to use the system (AC adapter and USB-C cable).
  • You can take advantage of the Upgrade program only 1 time during the limited period of time.
  • You can choose any color of the new IQOS ILUMA and IQOS ILUMA STARDRIFT device.
  • Important! Please note that the returned old device will become the property of the company organizing the program and will be handed over for recycling or disposal. If you decide to return the new device in accordance with the law, you will get back the price you actually paid, but it will not be possible to retrieve the old device.
  • The possibility to enter the Upgrade program depends on the stock of IQOS ILUMA devices.
  • If you participate in the Upgrade program in IQOS stores, you must return the old device to IQOS staff after receiving the new IQOS ILUMA device in the original box.
  • The organizer of the Upgrade program reserves the right to stop the program or change its terms and conditions at any moment without prior notice.
