Where non-functioning IQOS can be replaced?
If your IQOS malfunctions while travelling, you can replace the non-functioning device with a new one at any IQOS store, IQOS terraces located at the seaside during the summer season, or at partners’ points of sale. All you need to do is inform IQOS Customer Care Service beforehand, or use QURE device diagnostic tool that will allow you to order the replacement of the device at your selected location online and exchange device at our partners’ points of sale during their business hours. Important! The device must have a valid warranty or Accidental damage coverage with IQOS CARE PLUS in order to be replaced.
• At BALTIC PETROLEUM, VIADA and MAXIMA (XX, XXX, XXXX) points of sale IQOS 2.4 Plus devices are replaced.
• New! From now on, IQOS 3 DUO systems as well as IQOS 2.4 Plus systems are replaced at CIRCLE K.
IQOS services for those who spent holidays in Palanga and Nida
If you are planning to spend time at the seaside, you are welcome to visit IQOS summer terraces. There you can find free cleaning and charging services, receive help from IQOS consultants, replace your non-functioning IQOS device with a new one, and purchase some summery accessories for any IQOS system.
In Palanga – two official IQOS points of sale:
• IQOS pop-up store (MAXIMA XX, Klaipėdos pl. 42), business hours: Mon-Sun 12.00-19.00;
• IQOS summer terrace (Meilės al. 5), business hours: 10.00-22.00.
In Nida – IQOS summer terrace (Taikos g. 5), business hours: Mon-Sun 9.00-13.00, 16.00-21.00.

If your device meets the conditions for a free device replacement, you can order your replacement in Lithuania via QURE online:
• with pick-up at the gas station CIRCLE K, VIADA, BALTIC PETROLEUM;
• with pick-up at any IQOS store or MAXIMA (XX, XXX, XXXX) stores, during their regular business hours;
• with a courier delivery – to your specified address within 1-2 working days, throughout Lithuania.
