Updated information about IQOS stores, their business hours and free trial

IQOS stores work from May 4th

Following the government's decision to ease quarantine’s restrictions in Lithuania, we are glad to have opened all IQOS stores.

In IQOS stores you can:
• buy IQOS systems, accessories and cleaning tools;
• replace a malfunctioning device;
• borrow IQOS for 14 days free trial;
• get a consultation on issues.

Ensure safe visit to the stores

We are kindly asking all IQOS customers to ensure the safety of all of us by following a few measures while visiting the stores.

• Wear a protective mask or other face protection.
• Wear protective gloves.
• Do not visit the stores in groups of more than 2 people.
• Keep at least 2 meters away from other people.
• If possible, pay not in cash.

You can continue to use all IQOS services comfortably without leaving home. All relevant information on frequently asked questions, device diagnostics online can be found on this official website.

Shipping is free throughout Lithuania when replacing or purchasing IQOS devices in e. shop.

  • Heated tobacco products continue to be sold by our partners: „Circle K“, „Baltic Petroleum“, „Viada“, MAXIMA, RIMI, IKI, „Narvesen“, „Lietuvos spauda“, „Kauno spauda“ and others. Most of them work as usual, but we recommend keeping track of any changes in their working hours.
  • If your IQOS is malfunctioning, we continue to provide warranty and IQOS insurance. Simply contact IQOS Customer Care Service at toll-free number 8 800 200 90.
    • If you have IQOS 2.4 or IQOS 2.4 Plus device, contact IQOS Customer Care Service for replacement at your nearest IQOS store, „Circle K“, „Baltic Petroleum“, „Viada“ gas station, as well MAXIMA (XX, XXX, XXXX) stores or it will be delivered to you by a courier. More information on how to do this is here.
    • If you have IQOS 3 DUO, IQOS 3, IQOS 3 MULTI or a limited edition IQOS device, the new device will be delivered to you by courier as soon as possible or you will be able to pick it up at the nearest IQOS store after contacting IQOS Customer Care Service.
  • IQOS systems and accessories, cleaning products can be purchased at IQOS stores and Free delivery is granted for all goods in Lithuania.
    Delivery of our goods is carried out by „DPD Lietuva“ in compliance with security requirements.
    Important! Payments for goods purchased by courier can be made only by bank card. Cash payment is not available.
  • You can also continue to buy IQOS at „Circle K“, „Baltic Petroleum“, „Viada“ or MAXIMA (XX, XXX, XXXX)..
    • IQOS 2.4 Plus systems are sold at „Circle K“, „Viada“, „Baltic Petroleum“, MAXIMA (XX, XXX ir XXXX).
    • IQOS 3 DUO are sold only at „Circle K“.

  • (updated 04/05) If you want to try IQOS. From now on, you can borrow IQOS system at your nearest IQOS store or, as before, we will deliver it directly to your home completely free of charge. We follow up with enhanced security requirements and take into account the needs of our customers:
    • if you decide to try IQOS now, you can return it to us in 14 days, not 7 days as before;
    • we will deliver IQOS to you free of charge throughout Lithuania or you will be able to borrow the system in the store;
    • we will pass IQOS kit to you in compliance with security requirements;
    • we will explain how to use the device remotely;
    • if the system was delivered to your home, you will return the device to us in a secure, non-contact manner at the end of the trial period. If the system was borrowed in the store – you will have to return it in the store as well;
    • if you decide to buy your own IQOS after trial, you will be able to choose a new system (color and model of your choice).
