IQOS Exchange program allows to renew any current IQOS system and support responsible consumption: all returned IQOS systems will be recycled or used in a sustainable way. Also, you can bring any other IQOS devices to IQOS stores in Lithuania – we commit to destroy or recycle them with respect for the environment.
Exchange program: what are the discounts for IQOS 3 DUO?
Every owner of a registered IQOS system can use the Exchange program on our e. shop, no matter what model is owned now. A special IQOS 3 DUO price depends on the condition of the returned IQOS system.
- Functioning device – IQOS system that can still be used. If it is IQOS 2.4, IQOS 2.4 Plus or IQOS 3, its both parts – a pocket charger and a holder should be functioning, they can be used as intended (the pocket charger charges the holder and the holder supports the heating cycle of heated tobacco product). If it is IQOS 3 MULTI, the system should function – support the heating cycle. A device is treated as functioning even when, for example, a pocket charger or IQOS 3 MULTI with the lid that doesn’t close but can still be used as intended – it functions normally, charges the holder or supports the heating cycle.
- Non-functioning device – IQOS system with at least one non-functional part, or a system which doesn’t work at all (if it’s IQOS 3 MULTI). The device cannot be used as intended – it cannot be charged with the pocket charger or it doesn’t support the heating cycle.
How to use the Exchange program in IQOS e. shop?
Take advantage of the Exchange program from home – order a completely new IQOS 3 DUO system in our e. shop:
1. make sure that the system you want to exchange for the discount is registered on your IQOS account;
2. in e. shop choose IQOS 3 DUO of the desired color and put it in the basket;
3. when placing an order, enter the discount code correctly (without spaces) in the field “ENTER YOUR CODE”, depending on the condition of your IQOS system:
• MAINYK20 (without spaces) – if the returned system is functioning,
• MAINYK10 (without spaces) – if the returned system is not functioning;
4. choose the delivery type – courier delivery or pick-up at IQOS store-goods collection point;
5. depending on the chosen delivery option, return your IQOS system (a pocket charger and a holder, or IQOS 3 MULTI system) to the courier or an employee of the goods collection point.
Important! Read the details of the Exchange program
- When ordering IQOS 3 DUO system with the Exchange program, you will get a completely new system – with a box and all accessories necessary to use the system.
- When the order is delivered to you or when you collect the delivery, you will have to return both parts of two-part IQOS system (IQOS 2.4, IQOS 2.4 Plus or IQOS 3) or IQOS 3 MULTI system.
- If you have only one device of a two-part IQOS system (a pocket charger or a holder), unfortunately, you cannot use the Exchange program.
- You don’t have to return charging accessories or the original IQOS package. We recommend removing all additionally purchased IQOS accessories (caps, doors, sleeves, etc.).
- Only one price can be applied for one device – discounts are not cumulated.
