What your Device SPA service includes

  • Holder check

    Check for tobacco residue. The IQOS ILUMA holder can cause problems with aerosol delivery due to tobacco residue.

  • Ring security check

    To ensure the cosmetic ring is properly fastened. With the ILUMA Prime, the holder cannot securely fit into the pocket charger without the cosmetic ring.

  • AutoStart diagnostic

    Check if AutoStart function hasn't been deactivated.

  • Electrical contacts maintenance

    Execute proper cleaning of all electrical contacts: Holder, Pocket Charger, USB C.

  • Firmware upgrade

    Perform firmware update to make sure the device is functioning properly.

  • Advanced diagnosis

    Perform advanced diagnosis to diagnose device in case of further issues.
