Traveling abroad with IQOS device? Our International Customer Care Service will be by your side in those countries that have official IQOS selling points.
If you face any issue with your IQOS, just call dedicated help line. We will investigate the problem, provide information about the replacement options, if needed.
Do not forget, that international support service can be used only, if IQOS system is registered in your account.

Countries in which international support is provided
International support is available in the majority of abroad countries, but it can differ or not be supported according to the country you’re travelling to and you systems model (some countries do not distribute IQOS ILUMA yet).
