For IQOS 2.4 Plus users, maintenance and replacement for malfunctioning IQOS devices will be provided as before. To replace your malfunctioning device, you will need to receive a confirmation from the IQOS Customer Care Service or to order the replacement via IQOS Diagnostics tool online. You will be able to use all services and benefits provided by myIQOS and get the full IQOS customer experience.

IQOS 3 DUO covers all your needs. This model offers 2 heating cycles with a single charge, looks elegant and comes with a wide range of accessories. With IQOS 3 DUO you will be able to claim all myIQOS benefits just like with IQOS 2.4 Plus.
