Your first device program is designed for those who do not own a registered IQOS or lil SOLID device, to switch to smoke-free alternatives for Your first device program price. Customer needs to either register on iqos.lt for the first time or log in to their account with no device assigned to be able to participate.
Your first device program can be used once per customer.
No, program is designed for customers purchasing their first IQOS or lil SOLID device ever.
You can buy your first heating set: IQOS ILUMA ONE and 2 or 3 packs of compatible heated tobacco products or lil SOLID Ez and 2 packs of compatible heated tobacco products. Also, you can buy IQOS ILUMA ONE, IQOS ILUMA, IQOS ILUMA PRIME or lil SOLID Ez devices in any of the colours displayed on this page.
Yes, as any other new IQOS device, it will be eligible for accidental damage coverage for 1 year (if device is linked to your profile) and warranty for 2 years.
When ordering a device, you can choose free courier delivery to your door or delivery to parcel locker, which takes 2-3 working days or pick up right away in IQOS & partners’ points of sale. Heating sets are only available for collection in IQOS or partners’ points of sale.
The first heating set comes with several packs of compatible heated tobacco products selected by you. You need to come to IQOS store or one of our partners’ stores to select the preferred products.
IQOS or lil SOLID device bought in IQOS stores, e-shop or partners’ points of sale can be returned within 14 days without stating any specific reason for a full refund, if they have not been opened and used. Accordingly, devices from the heating set can be returned within 14 days, only a proportion of a price applicable for a device will be refunded.
