Accidental damage coverage

Accidental damage coverage provides you with the comfort that even if you accidentally damage your IQOS you will get a replacement of your device.

When facing any issues just contact us in the most convenient way for you.

IMPORTANT! In order for your device to be covered by Accidental damage coverage, you must register it and enroll IQOS CARE PLUS program. Learn how to do it here.

IQOS International Assistance

IQOS International Assistance is available in over 50 countries – wherever IQOS devices are sold. If your IQOS device malfunctions while traveling, we will fix the problem during the call or agree on how to replace your device. So please, do not hesitate to ask for advice and information if necessary.
