Follow these simple to get a new device:
- inform the IQOS Customer Support about the malfunction by calling the number 8 800 20090;
- indicate the IQOS identification number which is written on a holder or a pocket charger;
- notify that the new IQOS will be picked up at a “Circle K” gas station;
- show the email that you will receive after the call with a QR code at any “Circle K” gas station. Return the old device and pick up your new IQOS.
After replacing IQOS or a part of it, the new device becomes your property. The device, which has been replaced, becomes a property of a company, which have performed the replacement.
