Replace a broken IQOS at “Circle K” gas stations

From now on, you can replace broken IQOS 2.4 and IQOS 2.4 Plus at any “Circle K” gas station. Before you arrive to “Circle K” gas station, contact the IQOS Customer Support by calling the number 8 800 20090 and get the unique letter, which you will need to show to the gas station worker.

Follow these simple to get a new device:
  • inform the IQOS Customer Support about the malfunction by calling the number 8 800 20090;
  • indicate the IQOS identification number which is written on a holder or a pocket charger;
  • notify that the new IQOS will be picked up at a “Circle K” gas station;
  • show the email that you will receive after the call with a QR code at any “Circle K” gas station. Return the old device and pick up your new IQOS.
IQOS 3, IQOS 3 MULTI and Limited Edition IQOS 2.4 and IQOS 2.4 Plus systems can be replaced at IQOS stores. Limited Edition IQOS 2.4 and IQOS 2.4 Plus can also be replaced to white and navy blue devices at “Circle K” gas stations.

After replacing IQOS or a part of it, the new device becomes your property. The device, which has been replaced, becomes a property of a company, which have performed the replacement.
